📏 How to measure deviation: 1. Print a 20×20×20 mm calibration cube 2. Measure with micrometer or digital calipers 3. Calculate percentage deviation

⚙️ Firmware correction: • Marlin: M92 Xxx.xx Yxx.xx (steps per mm for axes) • Or adjust in slicer: Scaling X/Y

📐 Shrinkage compensation: • ABS shrinks by 1–1.5% • Nylon by 1–2% • PLA minimally ~0.1–0.2% • Scale up model by the appropriate percentage in slicer

🔧 Hole compensation: • Holes tend to be smaller than designed (filament expands inward) • Add 0.1–0.2 mm to hole diameters in CAD • Or use Hole Horizontal Expansion in slicer

💡 Always recalibrate after changing nozzle, extruder, or switching to a different material.
